By accessing and using the services of Phrixxenphapur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our custom 3D printed figurine services.

Services

Phrixxenphapur provides custom 3D modeling and printing services for figurines. We create personalized figurines based on customer specifications, reference materials, and design requirements.

Orders and Payments

All orders for custom 3D printed figurines are subject to acceptance by Phrixxenphapur. Payment terms and pricing will be agreed upon before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their original designs and reference materials. Phrixxenphapur retains rights to the 3D models created unless otherwise agreed. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our 3D models without permission.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Submit designs or materials that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in termination of your access to our services and legal action.

Limitations of Liability

Phrixxenphapur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our custom figurine services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier issues, or shipping delays.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, the following procedures apply:

  • Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
  • If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
  • Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction specified in the Applicable Law section

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina, United States.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
