Phrixxenphapur is committed to customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of custom 3D printed figurines.

Return Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for defective products or items that significantly differ from the approved design. Return requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The product significantly differs from the approved design
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
  • The return request is made within the specified timeframe
  • You provide proof of purchase and documentation of the issue

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. In cases where we are at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Custom Products

Since all our figurines are custom-made based on your specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or significantly differs from the approved design. Each custom 3D printed figurine is created specifically for you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom products that match the approved design and are not defective
  • Items that have been personalized or customized according to your specifications
  • Items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Exceptions may apply in cases of manufacturing defects or significant design discrepancies.

Defective Products

If you receive a custom figurine that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Design Approval Process

Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the 3D model design. Once approved, the design will be produced as specified. Changes cannot be made after production begins.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted, and refunds will be subject to our discretion based on the stage of production and costs incurred. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Return Process

If a return is approved, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
  3. Include proof of purchase and a description of the issue
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
  5. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt

You will receive specific return instructions and shipping address upon approval of your return request.

Refund Procedure

Refunds may be issued in cases of defective products, significant design discrepancies, or if we are unable to complete your order. The refund process works as follows:

  • We review your return request and inspect the returned item
  • Upon approval, we process the refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing
  • Partial refunds may be issued if the item is returned in a condition that affects its value

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights remain in effect.
